why Kerala floods occured and what was the central and state governments measures taken

Due to AGW(Anthropogenic global warming, anthropogenic means caused by humans) and Increasing in the number of pollution of vehicles and uses of plastics etc Kerala floods had occurred. In order to reduce this the Central and state governments had taken measures to reduce AGW like using less plastic bags and increase using of cloth bags and plant more number of trees to reduce the floods etc initiatives were taken by the state and central members
