Why Kharif crops cannot be grown in Rabi season?

This is because the requirements of kharifs crops is not same as that of rabi crops. Kharifs crops are grown from June to October whereas Rabi crops are grown from November to April. For e.g: rice is grown between June and October it can't grown between November and April since that climate is not suitable for rice

Indian agriculture is divided into weather conditions throughout the year.
Different types of crops are harvested according to the weather segments throughout the year.
Similarly,the Kharif crops are harvested in the monsoon season and Rabi crops are harvested in the winter and spring season.
That's why Kharif crops cannot be harvested in the harvesting time of Rabi crops ,due to the lack of environmental resources related to climate.
