Why kinetic energy decrease when height of the satellite from the earth surface in increases?

This is quite trivial,lifting object of mass m kg to h meter from the earth, it means doing work = m g h,where g is the gravitational acceleration=9.8 meter/sec^2.which is a potential energy m g h added to its potential energy on the earth,The force is -gradient of the potential energy of the gravitational field which is given as -GM/r,therefore,the force is( - m gradient GM/r)=G m M/R^2

So you can see both the force and the GFP AND THEIR PHYSICAL RELATION.
