Bcz there was even not a single house which date has not occur every family there was someone who died who maybe last year or some days before so she could not get mustard seeds...

actually the Buddha condition was to buy a mustard seeds from a house where the dead had never been taken since now. but there is no one house like that so kisagotami did not get any mustard seeds so she realise her mistake that death common for everyone and no one cannot escape from the death
