One major difference between the two regions is that the Korean Peninsula wants reunification, while this ship has sailed in the case of Undivided India. Also, South Korea has pledged allegiance with the USA (read NATO), while India sticks by non-alignment (NAM).

ALSO , I read in somewhere that korean prince married Indian (south) princess from that tim Korean and Dravidian language (Tamil) became similar.
