KL roates faster because it is nearer to the equator and the nearer yuou are to the equator the world days go faster. So London is in the northern hemisphere and since London is further away than to the equator therefore the place of London is slower roating than KL on the earths axis.

Answer:

If we compare the location of Kuala Lumpur with London, we will see that Kuala Lumpur is located quite close to the Equator, on the latitude 3.13900 N, compared to London, which is located "far away" from the "Equator", on the latitude 51.50740 N, in the Northern Hemisphere. Being "very close" to the "Equator", Kuala Lumpur has to cover more area in one rotation of 24 hours, compared to London, as the area to be covered during rotation is decreased as one approaches towards the pole. This is why "Kuala Lumpur" rotates "faster" on the "earth's axis" than "London".
