Why larva of frog not same as adult frog

Yeh, larva of frog is not same as an adult frog.

This is because,

As they grow they undergo metamorphosis, during which process they grow limbs, develop lungs and reabsorb the tail. And becomes an audult, means frog, this is the reason ,why larva of frog are not same as adult frog.
