Why lavinia did not get upset on seeing hellen the ghost?

As Lavinia was a jealous woman, she used to doubt the writer on every small thing. And this same happened when Ouija board took his name as a traitor, all of them thought that Helen a human be betrayed by him and this, was about to leave him. But, when she saw Helen, she realised that she was a ghost and thus got happy and believed on his husband's truthfulness.
