of course, the constitution is the final and supreme power. in a democratic country, this is really important. not even members elected by the people have rights to overrule the supreme court. this helps in;

# protecting rights and interests of civilians

# avoiding gradual dictatorship

# one law for all

# harassment by ruling party, if caused, will be supervised
