why lead and mercury poor are
conductor of heat ?

The heat is directly transferred from one to another partical due to vibration in the process of conduction. In case of mercury and lead,the heat donot transferred from one partical to another directly as compare to other material.thus lead and mercury are poor conductor of heat.
