why LED is not glowing when the potentiometer is in minimum position​

I think it may have some problem in it's display light. You tell this to mechanic then he will tell you problem by checking.

I also have same problem so I told mechanic then he told that I would have to change display light.

If you will change display light then change all because if you change only one then after some time you may again face the same situation with another display light.
