Left ventricle has thicker wall than right ventricle because the left ventricle pushes the blood around the body and for that purpose, thicker walls are required.

Because it has pump blood in the body. Thus to avoid wear and tear it is more elastic and thicker to send oxygenated blood received from lungs throught right auricles.
