Why lencho became pessimistic

Answer:

Lencho was waiting for rainfall or atleast a shower for his ripen field of corn but his hardwork didn't work. The rainfall brought hailstones with it which ruined all his crop and doesn't leave a single leaf on plant. All the hardwork go bad so he became pessimistc
