why Li makes monoxide with oxygen and othe elements of group-s makes peroxide and Superoxide?​

Usually Li and Na form oxide and peroxide respectively. K, Rb and Cs form superoxides. But K and Rb can form oxide, per oxide and superoxde respectively.
