why light falling normally or perpendicularly on glass slab do not deviated ?​

If it's zero, i.e. the ray falls perpendicular to the glass slab, sin i is zero. And according to Snell's law sin r is also zero, i.e. the refraction angle r measured from normal is zero. Therefore, the ray is undeviated.
