light has highest density about 3×10square kilometres per second light is a luminous we cannot say that why light has highest speed

light has higher speed as because it does not have any mass in it. and because of which it is able to gain that very speed. For eg. there are three rays alpha ray, beta ray, Gama ray. on one hand alpha ray and beta ray does not have so much penetration power and neither speed but on the other hand Gama rays has a very high penetration power and has a speed of light.
