ACTUALLY ,ITS DEPENDS ON ITS NATURE OF SCATTERING .

IF IT SCATTERS WE CAN SAY THAT IT IS SCALER .

IF IT DO NOT SCATTERS ,IT IS CONSIDERED AS A VECTOR QUANTITY.
