why light ray is reflected to a mirror but not glass​

because the mirror is the combination of glass and silver and when light falls on silver it gets reflected.

Because mirror contains a layer of coating behind it but glass is transparent from both the sides. If light ray would pass from glass then it will undergo refraction not reflection.
