Why lion cannot be placed at higher tropic level?

Lion cannot be placed at higher tropic level bcoz according to 10 % law of energy, every tropic level will consume 10% energy and after 4-5 level ,the energy will left behind with negligible energy and such a big animal like lion ,required large amount of energy which cannot be fulfilled after the use of last 4-5 tropic levels. That is why , Lion cannot be place at higher tropic level.
