Why liquid pressure is same for all points of the horizontal line?

Answer:

The only reason the pressure isn't equal throughout the entire fluid, including vertically, is because the weight of the fluid must be supported by fluid below it. The fluid is in static equilibrium. Every little chunk of water has zero net force acting on it. That's why it's called hydrostatic pressure.
