Bcz near the sea people experience meritime climate and in the mountains weather is pretty cold at almost all the times . Other than that occupation i.e. ppl near sea ussually have it as fishing and in mountains its agriculture mainly. Then their food habits differ too bcz of difference in occupation and weather. Also their way of dressing differs which is according to sutaiblity depending on weather.
