Lower chamber also know as ventricles are made up of thick walls because they are responsible to supply blood to all tissue so the blood should flow with high presure

lower chamber heart is made with thick walls because they deliver blood into the adjacent ventricles and the ventricles are equipped with thick muscular walls because they pump blood over greater distances.
