Why lukewarm milk is better than making curd?

Answer:The lactobacillus which converts milk into curd needs optimum temperature for conversion. Usually lukewarm milk is good. After boiling for 5 to 10 minutes then leave it for cooling. When the milk becomes lukewarm add 1 tsp of curd which is at room temperature.
