Why lysosome contain acidic enzime????

Lysosome is alao known as the suicide bag of the cell, so if any foreign material enters the cell, it is directed to the lysosome where it can be destroyed.

Sometimes if there is any kind of breakage in any cell organelle, the Lysosome bursts open, consuming the whole cell.

In order for it to perform these functions, the Lysosome contains acidic enzymes.

They r known as suicidal bags of the cells.the kill foreign pathogens and then they kill themselves...that what there is a need of acidic enzymes.
