Why macrophages cannot perform phagocytosis of the cancer cell and HIV virus even harbours or nourish them to attack T lymphocytes ?????

because cancer cells are of our own body

and Our immune system don't attack our own cells generally..

same is the case with HIV infected T-4 Lymphocytes

If mitosis was uncontrollable then cancer cells would occur in our body .
