Why major hot deserts of the world located in northern hemisphere?

All the hot desrts are located in between 35° in both the hemisphere. Because the subtropical high pressure belt is located 25° to 35° latitudes in both the hemisphere. Air flows from high pressure belt towards the lower in the lower atmosphere. On the other hand this is the region where two air masses converge in the upper atmosphere. Thus the it is the region of descending air. As we know descending air is warmer and creates a high pressure region. Also western parts of oceans are warmer than the eastern parts. Thus all the deserts are located to western parts of continents.
