why making of antiviral drugs is difficult than antibacterial drugs?

why because the anti bacterial drugs can cure the small diseases like fever etc and these are for only bacterial diseases and the materials are required are too cheap but anti viral drugs are for viral diseases and required materials are too cost and too expensive that's it.

Because the structure of bacteria is permanant and could be diminished by one antibiotic made for it
Although virus change its structure with host so drug made for it couldnt cure this virus again at other time
