heya...

Its simple.. Men Cannot give birth as they do not have the necessary reproductive parts that a female has like vagina, uterus etc.
Men are not also evolved to give birth as they are evolved to make a female pregnant by mating...

hope it helps u :)

There are a few ways to look at this and they are both definitional (axiomatic) and biological.

Why do we consider the gender that gives birth female rather than male?

and

Why do males not carry babies to term and females do?

are but two of them.

Gender and sex are a matter of definition not objective fact. For many creatures to include humans there is not actually a simple bivalence but a number of discrete points along a spectrum.

Axiomatically we tend to consider as female the organism that gives birth and the male the organism that impregnates.

In this case it is by definition alone that such occurs. If you give birth you are female if you impregnate you are male.

This definitional approach is fraught with problems however and so some definitions indicate the sex that bears eggs is female and the male the sex that produces spermatozoa.

However the difference between gamete types is a bit arbitrary. Generally a sperm is a gamete that moves and an egg is one that remains still.

Another method of looking at such is looking at chromosomes. For the XY sex determination system a male is a heterogametic organism (XY) and a female is a homogametic organism (XX, or rarely simply X).

For humans, primates, and mammals in general this corresponds to the same result as the sperm vs egg definition. This is not true of all species.

Of course nor is it true that for all species the male is the female is the one who carries babies to term and gives birth. In the Hippocampi species (the seahorses) males give birth and not females.

Similar though slightly differing behaviors exist in several other marine organisms including some fish though there the fry are brought to term in the mouth not a uterus or pouch.

Seriously though no matter how one looks at the definition issues as definitional or biological the actual restriction to one or the other is a biological function absolutely.

Woman have the organs and parts needed to bring children to term.
