Heya!! Empress Here!!
• People in India like to eat rice as it's an important part of their daily diet. They must have it at least once in a day. Their likeness to rice is also linked to their history.
• As we know that rice and wheat were the first crops discovered and grown and Indians are a bit of ancient blood too. As India lies in Asia and the ancestors of these Indians loved to settle in a place with fertile soil which is probably near a river and rice is a crop that needs a lot of water and the rivers can provide it too.
• The ancestors thus came to Northern India, settled there and because of a really fertile soil in the Gangetic plains they started to grow huge amount of rice which eventually became a really important part of their diet.
