why measure in kelvin that too273.3K..just why??

Here's your answer,bud,
According to the System Internationale d’unites (SIU), kelvin is compatible for all calculations involving multiplication , division and addition of temperatures. However, difference in temperatures is the same if both are taken in celcius or kelvin.Plus,it was universally discovered,(the value of Kalvin.)
