Melamine is a thermosetting plastic. i.e , once cooled and hardened , these plastics retain their shapes and cannot return to their original form.Melamineis hard and durable in nature.It is a versatile material.It resists fire and can tolerate heat better than other plastics.It is also used for making floor tiles.
