why metal can not react with another metal.

  • Ans. Metal can react with each other only in aqueous solution through redox reaction
  • Less reactive metal tend to oxidise more reactive metals.
  • Example- if we put a piece of iron nail in copper solution, the copper will take electron from nail and reduce itself. Thus solid copper will be produce at same time iron nail are generated.
