Gold , silver, copper etc.
Non metals which r bad conducter of it r :-
Carbon O2 ,co2 clorine,sulfur etc.

metals are good condoctor of heat and electricity because particles of metal are tightly packed and atract electricity and heat where as in non-metals the particles of non metals don't atract electricity and heat.
