why micelle formation take place when soap is added to the water and why its not take place when water is added to the alcoho???l

because of soap contain sodium of potassium long chain of carboxylic acid .when soap is added to hard water then micelles formation take place
but alcohol do not have

micelles have one ionic end and one non ionic end. when soap is added to water all the ions arrange them in clusters and this resukts in micelle formation. but micelles are not formed in other solvents such as alcohol because alcohol is not as polar as soap.
