Why microorganisms doesn't grow in the case of vacuum packing??

Microorganisms need moisture and air or oxygen to grow. In the case of vaccum packing, there is neither air nor oxygen. Hence, they can’t grow. However, some bacteria also grow without air and they are called anaerobic bacteria. But they still need some moisture to grow.
