The answer is (b).It is beneficial to regulate the species of plants and animals people own. This is due to the fact that some are dangerous to human being. Some plants are drugs which have side effect to human and are therefore dangerous. Some animals  such as hyena  are dangerous because the are carnivorous and they can easily eat the other animals kept together leading to lose.
