Why milk in the tetra pack donot get spoiled when opened?

milk in tera pack do not get spoiled because they are pasteurized milk . this is done by the process of pasteurization.. firstly the milk is boiled at 70 degree and then suddenly cooled down which allows no microorganism to spoil the milk
