Why moderators want to get respect from anyone and then they recruit them in their team ? 

If anyone doesn't respect them but have talant in him, then why they don't take them in team ? 

So , they only want respect ??

Actually friend...what you are saying is correct but anyways it's not good blaming them.

Respect and behaviors is the most important thing.
If the person who is having talent but not good in behaviours is no use of having such talent.

As you are saying that moderatos are recruiting only person who is good in behaviours,
Well...it's good for everyone. If they make someone as moderator who is not good in behaviours, then that person may spoil this website or the app.

We all want respect, don't we?
Respecting each other purely shows that a person is having a good behaviour.

Now coming to your question-

Why moderators want to get respect from anyone and then they recruit them in their team ? 

Nothing like that, if someone deserves something better, he/she is provided with that , no matter what happens. But do you know the conditions of being a special ranker? Here are some -

• Good behaviour
• Respectful nature
• Good answer Quality

Main conditions, I know you are having every Quality but you should be respectful to everyone, just to make a good reputation in someone's eyes.

If you will respect a Moderator , he/she will. consider you as a perfect user, but still only 1 Moderator can't decide your position.

Everyone's views are required, and when views are presented , each positive and negative comment matters , so why not make every comment a positive one?

Respect is needed for team work and team progress. I respect your efforts.Likewise, there must be mutual respect just as our Indian Constitution suggests for Better India, we ought to respect all (mods & other fellow users) for a Better Brainly Community.

Listen, if Someone don't deserve respect, that is in the case when a moderator is seriously not helping you even after so many requests, taking to you rudely, blackmailing you, or doing some other false practice, in that case a user is requested to let any other Moderator know about it. But if a moderator is respecting you, you should respect as well, that is what is called as FAIR. But even if he is not respecting, you give respect to him/her, let other Moderator know about the negative things, keep your ways good.

PATIENCE IS NEEDED AS WELL

Have patience, have patience. Leaders are also humans, do things at their own pace. There are lot many users at brainly who want to be a brainly star , Benefactor, Moderator. But can we recruit everyone at a same time? No, of course. Star recruitment list is quite long and many are pending to be recruited and maybe you are in the list as well.

After you become a special ranker, if a user approaches you for some help and irritate you [It happens sometimes] , if you will get irritated too, and start using some rude terms, that user won't even trust and will ask you for help and even maybe he tell his friends to never ever talk to you. So one of the important skill of a special ranker is 'Be calm, Be respectful no matter what the condition is'.

RANK SHOWS YOUR CAPABILITY AND YOUR NATURE, SO RESPECT THE RANK AND RESPECT USERS.

Just have patience, fruit of patience is always sweeter than you expect. Do good, and you will get the best. Don't change yourself, if there are some delays, just say this to yourself - 'It's ohk! I deserve and I am sure I am gonna get a special rank some day!'.

Keep your nature good, please never change it if your nature is good don't change it according to circumstances.
