Morden farming methods increase the production cost because in today's world we prefers the comfort and easy wrk bcz of which we go through the Morden gadgets or we use the Morden method to cultivate...
Which gives us comfort nd make our wrk easy to do but at the same time the charges of the Morden gadgets rises day by day..
Nd in regarding to that we have to pay a huge amount of money to cultivate, or we can say the production cost increase..

The traditional farming methods used mostly those inputs which farmers didn't need to buy. They used traditional seeds which needed less water for irrigation and cow dung which was readily available on the farms. However modern farming methods imply use of better machinery, tools and High Yielding Variety (HYV), seeds, chemical fertilizers and pesticides. It increases production cost.

1. Loss of soil fertility due to excessive use of chemical fertilizers.
2. Continuous use of ground water has decreased water table.
3. Fertilizers are soluble in water and can mix with ground water and pollute it.
4. They may kill bacteria and micro organisms helpful for the soil.
