Why moon doesn't twinkle????

moon

does not Twinkle because it is closer to earth that's why Light of Moon does not face many refractive index while coming to earth which does not cause any refraction that's why moon does not appear twinkling.

but stars twinkle because they are very far from Earth and light of star have to cross many refractive index to reach Earth which case refraction of light and twinkling of stars.
