it has.. every object in this universe can attract different things towards them. we all have gravitational force. now you will ask, then why we are not attracting earth toward us.. why earth is only attracting us. and if moon have gravitational force, then why it's not attracting us and earth??

it's so because gravity is directly proportional to mass. means greater the mass, greater the force of gravity will be. and we know that moon is very small as compared to earth. that's why moon isn't able to attract earth.. it's force of gravity is way less to attract earth. similarly we also have very less mass according to earth.
