Because there is no need to fear for honesty, rather telling lie would make u fear afterwards

Coz one cannot be forced to do moral acts... It should be free from compulsion as moral traits are the actual values gained by the person... The person might be forced to do certain moral acts once or twice .... But if moral values are not the inborn in that human he will again perform immoral acts... So there should be no boundation on people as these qualities are inborn by birth... Cannot be teached.. The best example are students at skol they do all the moral acts might be with fear or compulsion of skol rules .... But once they are outside the skol boundaries they hve no boundations... So they do whatever their conscience allow them to do....
