why more back bonding is present in trisilyl amine than NCl3​

Properties for back bonding:

For back bonding one atom must have lone pair and another atom must aslo have vacant orbital in its valence shell.

In p-block compoud, for back bonding one atom must belongs to the second period and another atom also belongs to second or third period for effective backing.

=> So, In NCl3 , nitrogen has a lone pair and belongs to a second period and chlorine has also a vacant orbital and belongs to a third period, therefore back bonding is possible in NCl3

But, in NF3, fluorine does not have vacant orbital in its valence shell, therefore back bonding is not possible in NF3.
