why more urine is produced in winter season ​

When we are in cold environment, blood flow to our internal organs is increased, to keep our organs warm. The increase in the blood flow to the kidneys causes more blood to be filtered. Thus more urine is produced in winter season.

The result is that our body gets warmed up. In order to maintain the blood pressure normal, the excesswater along with the wastes is excreted mostly in the form of urine. This is the reason for more urine out put and frequent urination under very cool conditions and in winter.
