Height of mount everest increases because of snow but at the same time rivers are coming out from it that's here the height increases with snow and on the other the height decreases because the snow melts and rivers forms.So we can not say that Mount Everest is increasing it is not increasing nor decreasing.It was 8848m and still it is 8848m.
