Anauxia is the the difficult faced by mountaineers due to the pressure variation. As height increases pressure decreases, so the partial pressure of oxygen is decreased and it's solubility also decreases ,due to this mountaineers can't breathe properly.Lack of oxygen prevents proper thought process,so the mountaineers can't think well, they become confused.Pressure difference also cause the breakage of blood capillaries of nose ,ear etc.Higher pressure inside our body exerts pressure on capillary walls to move out. These are the main problems.

I know I know this...... it's due to pressure difference in our body and in the atmosphere...
EXPLANATION:
when we go at Higher altitudes the pressure outside is low due to less density and in our body there is high pressure and we know that pressure flows from higher pressure body to low pressure body therefore pressure from our body starts flowing outwards.... does sometimes delicate veins as that of nose expands and blood comes out.
HOPE THIS ANSWER HELPS....
