Mrs. Al Smith was interested in the Villa because of its location. She wanted to be near Paramount where she intended to shoot. She found the place to be picturesque and wanted it for shooting also.

Mrs.Al Smith want to buy because she was working the nearby Hollywood film industry and she want a house near it.She would break that house and build a big bungalow so she didn't listened th qualities of the house
