Why multicellular organisms require different cells for reproduction?

In a multicellular organism their are many different cell to carry out different processes in our body. Cell reproduce so that they could do the work efficiently & their is no lack of cells.

As multicellular organisms have various functions and for that they need more organs and different for different organs they need different cells.
