Because one may work in a highly sought after occupation but have a harsh attitude whereas own may have a low class occupation but have a more humane attitude. Humans should be seen as humans and not as robots that get paid for their job. As stereotypical as it sounds, is not the cover of the book that counts , but the content of it. A human may work in a certain job - good or bad - due to his circumstances and nothing and no body can change fate , of course. Thus, we are all humans and we will all share the same fate so no body should be treated differently due to their occupation.
