If might be due to graphic card not functioning properly.
If you have built your PC recently and running it for the first time, make sure you have attached your graphic card on the slot properly.
If your Dekstop/Laptop is old and showing it for first time, it might be due to outdated driver-built software, for fixing it you can :
Make sure you are connected with Internet on PC where GFX is malfunctioning.
1. Right click on, This PC(Windows 10)/My Computer (Windows 7) and select Manage option. Device Manager will open up.
Or
You can also search ' Device Manager ' in search tab on start button.
Or
You can also open device manager by clicking Windows + R, Run tab will open and then type 'devmgmt.msc'.
2. You will find display adapters section in device manager, double left click on display adapters.
3. Select your graphics card(GFX) name from the list displayed and right click on that GFX entry and select properties option.
4. You will see 4 sections in properties, General, Driver, Details and Resources.
Make sure 'Your Device is working properly' on General Tab.
Then, Click on Driver tab and select on 'Update Driver' option.
5. Then choose option 'Search automatically for updated driver software' and your PC will start searching online for updates of GFX. If it is showing new update, click on update option and wait until it is updated.
That might resolve your problem but if still the problem persists contact your administrator or Infotech Experts to look out for the troubleshooting and it's solution.
